The Five Steps are connected and need to be used in combination. When one step is left out, it makes the application of the others more difficult. For example, if you are not aware of what you are thinking, you may wonder why you don’t get what you want. Or if you don’t deal with your feelings and emotions, your outlook on life may be distorted, and that can influence your decision making.  

Some steps may sound very familiar, but I ask you to continue reading. Don’t get tricked by the simplicity of it. The steps may sound simple, but the application is the key.

Because we evaluate our lives by how we feel, you will be reminded constantly about the choices you can make to feel good an alive.
